When you choose Electra Custom Homes to build your new home, you will be working directly with the owners of the company, Donna Davis and Chris Somoge. We care what you want, need, and dream. We will be here through every step of the process to make your dreams come true.

We offer many styles and sizes of floor plans and are happy to customize them to fit your family's needs. Or, if you prefer to meet with our designer, we can help design your own totally custom home.

Chris Somoge


Chris’ home has always been in the greater Fort Worth area. He is a second generation builder who began his career in 1991, and later was promoted to VP over construction before starting Electra Custom Homes. His successful career proves his ability to create "win-win" situations for everyone involved.
“I believe in working hard and playing hard. I take great pride in all the homes we build; and personally stay on top of the job site and regularly perform my own quality control inspections. Once work is done, I enjoy the great outdoors - with a special passion for golf.”

Donna Davis

Donna has been in the housing industry since 1989. She began her career as a realtor and then moved to the new home industry. Donna is highly experienced in guiding home buyers through the home building process and making it all look easy. She has organized and conducted many home buyer seminars and was promoted to being a trainer for one of the largest builders in Dallas/Fort Worth. Her high energy level is reflected in the time and effort she puts forth in working for her clients. Donna is also one of the founding partners of the highly successful MD Resort Bed & Breakfast.
“My father was in the military, so we moved around a lot. My siblings and I spent most of our childhood in the Midwest and 4 years in the beautiful historic country of Germany. All of this moving put travel in my blood, and although I greatly enjoy visiting new places, I was excited to return to Texas in 1975 where my home is. I love the housing industry and knew in high school this was what I wanted to do.”
